Hybrid training
Our hybrid training courses combine the best of both approaches: theoretical, enriching online sessions and immersive in-person practice. This method offers a learning experience that is both flexible and interactive. Our certified instructors travel directly to your premises to deliver customized training, tailored to your team's needs.
Thanks to our online platform, participants can first take the time to absorb the theoretical concepts of the training at their own pace. Once the theoretical modules are completed, the in-person practical sessions help consolidate the acquired learning. It is therefore essential that participants complete the online modules before an instructor from Formation RCR et Secourisme Québec conducts the in-person evaluation at your premises.
Generally speaking, the in-person practical sessions represent about half of the total duration of the chosen training. Being online and self-paced, however, the duration of the theoretical portion varies depending on each participant.
To benefit from this service, a group of at least 10 participants is required. We invite you to fill out the attached form so that a representative from Formation RCR et Secourisme Québec can contact you. We will respond as soon as possible to discuss your needs and offer you a personalized proposal.
