Costa Rica的法律要求

The employer must provide immediate first aid and install an emergency kit at every workplace. Workplaces with 10 or more workers must form an occupational health commission; the organization of first-aid brigades and trained personnel is proportionate to size and risk, with no fixed national numeric first-aider-per-worker ratio.

No explicit ban on online first-aid training for the workplace; the law and regulations require first-aid capability without prescribing the format.

- An occupational health commission (Comisión de Salud Ocupacional) is mandatory from 10 workers.
- The Occupational Health Council funds preventive programs with 50% of the surplus of the work-risk insurance.
